Jason Paurus is a high school principal and also the co-founder, producer, and social media director of 2Principals. Jason has a passion for health, wellness, and spending quality time with loved ones. When he's not busy with his professional endeavors, Jason loves nothing more than enjoying the great outdoors, whether it's walking trails, lounging by the lake, or soaking up the sun on a patio while indulging in a BBQ with friends.
In addition to his love for nature, Jason is dedicated to his mental and physical fitness and can often be found hitting the treadmill or elliptical, or engaging in strength training. He and his wife, Becky, prioritize their health and wellness and are committed to leading a balanced lifestyle.
Jason's career has centered around education, where he has worked as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and currently serves as the principal at Rogers High School. His dedication to the academic and personal growth of students reflects his commitment to fostering a positive and impactful learning environment.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Becky, adult kids, Blake, Mackenzie, and Evan, and their family dog, Scooby.

Kevin began his career in education as a Special Education Teacher, but has worked in several roles in education over the last 15 years and is currently serving as a High School Assistant Principal. His number one focus as a school administrator is focusing on what students need in this ever-changing educational climate with new challenges each and every year. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys being as active as possible and over the last several years on his journey back to health, his passion for endurance events of all kinds has grown. Kevin regularly competes in triathlon, but his favorite activity is running and is in the early stages of taking on new long distance running adventures. Kevin and his wife have really developed a shared passion for chasing health and wellness as well as chasing their two dogs:)
